You will report directly to our TechnicalSupport Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate a range of electronics/electrical hardware testing and repairs from PCB board swaps down to component-level soldering on a daily basis
- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of repair in digital ticketing system as well as internal tracking documentation

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hardware technical support or a similar role
- Strong interest in component-level PCB repair and willingness to learn advanced SMT soldering techniques
- Expertise in relevant technologies and products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Experience in mentoring and leading a team
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction
WE VALUE
- Bachelor or Associate degree in EET (Electrical Engineering Technology) or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in hardware repair, electronics
- Prior experience with soldering electronics
- Prior experience reading electrical schematics
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Results-oriented approach and ability to meet business objectives
