As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations on the 2nd shift at our Freeport, IL location. You will lead a team of production workers and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards. Your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our Freeport, IL location on a 2nd shift schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our production operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the production team, ensuring that production schedules are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team on the 2nd shift
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production issues

The annual base salary range for this positionis <$min 77,800 - $mid 97,200 >. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations
YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles • Six Sigma certification • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
