We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Operator to join ourteam in our Chonburi office.

"In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs."

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspects and reports on materials, processes and products using variable or attribute measuring techniques to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards
• Performs basic quality techniques to track and report on materials, processes and products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards
• Coordinates quality related data from production activities and reports these data using basic statistical techniques
• Performs other quality assurance functions as necessary or as requested

MUST HAVE:

• Complies with the company quality policy and follows the quality management systems
• Follow, implement and maintain HS&E management system policies, procedures, work instructions, rules and regulations that developed or/and implemented within department or and the company.
• Can check every product of the company according to WI or SOS, such as Burr. measurement, Visual inspection, Lid Tilt Vision, Thickness Inspection
• Can use various measuring devices such as Microscope, Micro Gloss meter, X-Rite Densitometer, Roughness, Tensile testing

• Promptly report, correct any unsafe action and condition that may present in work place.
• Focuses on standardization job, quick action, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to achieve to the H.O.S. target which relevant to the manufacturing such as Management score, fault (Part Per Million), delivery (OTFP).
• Basic English communication skill - both verbal and written
• Sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
