JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carries the responsibility of making sure that all the Purchase orders & Transfer orders are followed up for delivery from the supplier and to make sure that the quoted delivery is met.
• Updating customer representative within NOV with the status of individual orders & its progress so that they can inform the relevant customers accordingly.
• Follow up with Suppliers to get updates on due and overdue purchase orders & transfer orders.
• Being proactive in providing delivery updates. Notify requestors in a timely manner if a critical delivery is going to be late.
• First contact for Rig Down/ Shut Down & Tool Down Orders.
• Running Supplier status report for Supplier performance analysis.
• Direct contact with NOV freight forwarders for shipment status and deliveries.
• Responsible for providing MOT for the shipments pertaining to respective locations.
• Follow up of required material documents & certificates for the sales orders.
• Providing material availability & best lead time prior ordering scope.
• Handling General requests - Availability - Material Certificates- Best ETA.
• Providing reports on a regular basis on Deliveries and shipments as below.
