Are you ready to take on the role of Multi-Skilled Operator II for our client, a leading oil and gas company? As a contract employee, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving production at the well site in Kermit, Texas. This is a full-time position with a duration from 17-MAR-2025 to 31-JAN-2026.
Role Overview
- Management of Change (MOCs): Execute new facility walk-throughs, MOCs, and pre-startup safety reviews.
- HSE: Be a Safety Leader and adhere to the company's commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
- P&ID's: Update piping & instrument diagrams and site security diagrams for all new wells and facilities.
- Mechanical Skills (Optional): Use, maintain and repair mechanical equipment as needed.
- Inspection Of Equipment And Machinery (Optional): Perform inspections and take corrective actions as needed.
- Use, Maintenance And Repair Of Mechanical Equipment (Optional): Utilize mechanical skills to maintain equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current and valid driver's license
- 5+ years of direct experience requiring mechanical skills
- Willingness and ability to work in various weather conditions and locations
- Ability to climb heights up to 24 feet and use hand tools for minor repairs
- Associate degree/Trade certification or higher in Production Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Production Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Trade certification or higher in Production Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience prioritizing Health, Safety and Environment.
