As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator, you will be the owner of small valves projects execution process with focus on top 10 customers and strategic accounts. You will act as the main point of contact with customers, sales team and hubs, coordinating all project activities to ensure the success of the execution.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure sales revenue with the optimal cycle quote to cash of the projects.
• Define log order priorities and handle them into the sales order processing system ensuring all information is accurate.
• Keep customers briefed of order status and potential issues, dealing with disputes.
• Expedition process with hubs and factories to improve on time delivery.
• Coordination with sales and documentation team.
• Assist project manager including post-production phase.

Who You Are:

You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree in Business or Engineering.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in order handling and customer facing role.
• Good knowledge of project management principles, as well as contractual and commercial aspects.
• Intermediate level of English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in ERP system, preferred Oracle.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
