Key Objectives
- Scope of Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the TAR program in accordance with the agreed TAR 8Q Plan. This will involve working on multiple TAR's concurrently through the lifecycle of scope build, planning, preparation and execution.
- Mentoring of Local National Iraqi staff in routine duties and responsibilities in order to facilitate the re-nationalization of oil and gas production.
- Primary Duties
- Support the TAR Team Lead towards safe and effective delivery of the TAR program, working to TAR best practices.
- Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture. Lead by example.
- Embrace a one team culture.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities resulting from emergent works during TAR execution or in the event of procurement slippage.
- Facilitate audits, inspections and safety observation tours. Ensuring follow up actions are closed out correctly and promptly.
- Drive consistency in TAR preparation process using checklists and other tools to track readiness against agreed milestones.
- Chair shutdown plan review meetings
- Develop resource loaded TAR schedule for effective delivery ensuring cross functional integration between TAR, Projects, Maintenance fully inclusive of Operational shutdown and restart.
- Identify critical path activities and look for opportunities to optimise schedule.
- Prepare S-curve and daily reporting dashboard for TAR execution
- Develop and update TAR readiness dashboards
- Monitor progress against the procurement plan & work schedule.
- Strive for continuous improvement in all activities Responsible for the promotion and implementation of Petrofac / JV and client's HSE policies.
- Liaise with TAR execution team to prepare plan.
- Co-ordinate contractor Cost, Time, Resource (CTR) tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

Expected:
- 10+ years' experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas maintenance & engineering environment.
- 5+ years' experience in a TAR environment or other relevant project experience.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to produce Performance Metrics and Dashboards
- Working knowledge of CMMS tools (E.g. Maximo, SAP)
- HNC qualification or higher in relevant technical discipline with strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Work to the highest personal & professional standards to achieve or exceed set objectives.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and embrace clients' charter values.
- Foster good relationships and team working ethic with contractor groups to promote safe working practices and efficiency.
- Experience of working in an integrated team from diverse locations required.
- Experience of Safe Systems of Work.
