This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization's assembly processes and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production solutions delivering automatic solutions that grant optimized equipment performance. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Product Group Protection and Energy Management operations within the Smart Building Division located in Santa Palomba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring process performance and managing electronic and software production challenges with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
• Optimizing production processes, defining sequences, calculating cycle times, and improving machinery and equipment.
• Supporting production start-ups, training staff, and providing documentation for supplier evaluation in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Driving technological innovation, contributing to HW/SW platform development and implementing IoT solutions for smart machines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronic, Computer or Mechatronic engineering bachelor or master.
• Up to 2 years of experience in automation design / sw programming.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English, good knowledge of Office package.
• Knowledge of Embedded Systems Programming Language and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Languages in particular C# and .NET
• Knowledge of functional test benches for circuit boards or electronic products is a plus. Team-working attitude and good communication skills.
