JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and test ESP equipment
- Review work orders and blueprints
- Basic math skills required
- Operate overhead crane
- Load/Unload equipment as needed
- Maintain Artificial Lift 6S program
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain a strong safety culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the industry preferred, but not required.
- Good listening skills and a passion to learn.
- High work ethic, dependability, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be open to cross-training opportunities.
- Flexible work hours
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of experience in assembly and/or manufacturing preferred
