Honeywellrecently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. ("PIP®"), a portfolio companyof Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal willclose in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Weexpect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this futuretransaction when it closes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sr. Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy of supply and demand signals, managing product life cycles, and developing inventory strategies to support our mid to long-term planning goals.
You are responsible to resolve material related fulfillment issues due to supply based problems, inventory errors, or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as production scheduling, sourcing, demand planning, offering management, finance, operations, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive customer delivery performance to supply both external and internal customers for Finished Goods.
• Own supply planning function within SIOP (near/mid/ long-term) for internal facilities or 3rd Party.
• Partner with demand planning to understand complete unconstrained consensus demand.
• Develop and manage constrained supply plans; including both current and proactive projections of stock unavailability. Proactively communicate and escalate identified constraints.
• Manage stock attainment to ensure Make-to-Stock fulfillment readiness.
• Optimize inventory across multiple stocking locations; balancing working capital investment with fulfillment service levels.
• Manage plan for every part (PFEP). Ensure corresponding ERP data accuracy of item master parameters.
• Planning inventory levels and drive projects to meet AOP commitments.
• Involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers the product portfolio vitality goals.
• Meet KPI's (Delivery, Past due, Inventory, MPS)
• Analyze data in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Develop process improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning (including use of MRP/ERP systems)
• 3+ years of planning experience in a matrix environment over multiple sites
• English 90% written and spoken
• 3-5 years SAP (Kinaxis Rapid Response is a bonus)
• Microsoft Office Excel advance (VLook up/ Pivot tables, etc.), Power Point, Word.
• Full understanding of the supply chain process.
