This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Your expertise in electronicsystems engineering, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shapingthe future of technology and aerospace solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and participate on the design anddevelopment of complex power electronic systems and components, ensuringscalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanics, power & controlelectronics, software, modelling simulation) to integrate systemsseamlessly into existing processes
- Work closely with project management to align on project plans, milestones anddriving project execution
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align projectswith business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning andinnovation

Key skills and qualifications
- Universitydegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related discipline
- 6+years of experience in electronic design systems engineering, and technical leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, andtroubleshooting
- Good English command
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
