ISC Production Supervisor - Night Shift

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein guiding and supervising the production team at our Pottsville, PA locationwithin the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You willbe accountable for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of theproduction processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-qualitystandards. Your strong guiding and communication skills will be essential in motivatingand developing the production team to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out ofour Pottsville, PA location on site.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving operational efficiency,ensuring on-time delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and productivework environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and supervise the productionteam to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Develop and implement productionschedules and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Monitor production processes andidentify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Work with cross-functional teams toaddress production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and promote a culture of safety within the production area
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills, improveperformance and foster a collaborative environment that drives successfuloutcomes

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years' experience leading a team
• Experience in MS Excel with ability to analyze data and make data-driven choices

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in a supervisory or guiding role
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
