Honeywellrecently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. ("PIP®"), a portfolio companyof Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal willclose in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Weexpect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this futuretransaction when it closes.

Executes the production scheduling process by working closely with your team of schedulers, factory operations teams, buyers, customer service reps and supply planners.

You'll use your great understanding of MRP/ SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to coach and mentor your team and drive continuous process improvements in our scheduling process.

You are responsible for creating an achievable production plan that meets customer, inventory, and cost expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor and guide a team of factory schedulers.

• Ensure the schedule is reflecting an achievable plan based on capacity and material availability.

• Drive productive communication between factory production teams and buyers to ensure high levels of schedule attainment.

• Understand and keep current master data fields related to scheduling and MRP.

• Drive continuous improvement in our scheduling process by investigating new ways to use our tools and systems.

• Be the champion for understanding plant capacity and capability and modeling this in Rapid Response.

• Be the expert in how to use Rapid Response for Factory Planning and Scheduling.

• Drive to identify and improve constraints to effectively meeting customer requirements.

• Work with buyers and production teams to develop PFEP for raw materials to optimize availability while minimizing inventory.

• Meet or exceed key metrics of On Time to Customer Request, On Time to First Promise Date, Inventory and Cost.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or other relevant areas.

• 3-5 years hands on experience scheduling production in a manufacturing plant.

• 1-2 years of experience planning or scheduling in Rapid Response.

• 3-5 years of experience working hands on with MRP/ ERP systems (you must understand MRP and how to use it).

• Near expert level proficiency in MS Excel.
