As a Senior Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assisting master scheduling and network planning for the Semiconductor Materials business. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain operations and driving operational excellence. This role is based in Chonburi, Thailand and will require a hybrid work schedule.
In this position, you will have a direct impact on the success of our supply chain operations and contribute to the overall growth of the Semiconductor Materials business. Reporting directly to our Supply Chain Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory plans, maximize customer satisfaction, and achieve business goals.

Reporting directly to our Supply Chain Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory plans, maximize customer satisfaction, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate master scheduling and network planning for the Semiconductor Materials business.
- Optimize inventory plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and working capital remains within the business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings to approve network production plans and present associated risks.
- Translate business unbiased into actionable strategies to gain a performance-driven edge in the market.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, master scheduling, or network planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using supply chain planning tools and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- APICS certification or other relevant certifications.
