Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on components in accordance with drawing specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and organize files for inspection documentation.
- Review Inspection Test Plans (ITP) received from suppliers.
- Document and manage inspection and measuring equipment records.
- Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for parts that do not meet standards.
- Interpret test results following the relevant procedures.
- Maintain measurement and testing equipment as necessary.
- Utilise a broad range of measurement and testing instruments.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Make sure the QC document is accurate, up-to-date, well-maintained, and aligns with the applicable Product Engineering and Global QA standard requirements.
Education / Qualifications:
- N Level, Nitec/higher Nitec/diploma or its equivalent
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar field
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specifications and requirements.
- Ability to pass dimensional inspection training and testing.
