JOB DESCRIPTION

Cast Pipe Machine Operators work with team to manufacture high quality cast pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in a safe and efficient manner.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap fiberglass reinforcement material around mandrel

• Operation of centrifugal casting machinery

• Pipe Extractor (pullout machine) Operation

• Operate trim saws

• Use Measuring equipment

• Operation of mix station

• Understand specification and how it relates to machine setup and product

• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required

• Standing up to 12 hours daily

• Walking up to 12 hours daily

• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily

• Repetitive Movement (wrap glass, resin injection) up to 12 hours daily

• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily

• Assist where and when needed as required

• Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided

• Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed
