The Service Planner will be responsible for coordinating daily job activities of the Wireline/Flowline service workshop for internal/external departments/customers. Participate primarily in job planning prior to local arrival or the importation of service/repair/recertification work coming or under Inward Processing (IP) regulatory procedures, will adhere to the strict conditions of IP goods movements throughout NOV and external suppliers.
Update all relative paperwork regularly and liaise with other departments regarding the compliance & shipping to ensure correct completion within the allocated agreed lead times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update clients on our completion schedules for their service orders.
- Perform client interface duties as required.
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism, and a demeanour supportive of our mission, core values and overall objectives as determined by senior management.
- Show flexibility to perform other tasks as instructed by the Service Supervisor/Manager.
- Receive OA's from Sales, create work orders and routings for shopfloor, input parts lists, production update workload schedules, organise manufacturing requests, purchasing requisitions and daily action sheets. Also, action in an accurate and timely manner project orders, lead times, and availability requests.
- Timely close of projects with our ERP system, efficient work order closure at project completion ensuring capture of all costs.
- Update Sales teams on sales order deliveries especially where changes to the Master AM Workload Schedule have taken place.
- Assist Sales Team with quotations, providing all the relevant information required.
- Assist AM Service Supervisor/Manager with Project Planning / Timescales with the use of Microsoft Project / Visio
- Present key information when asked at client update meetings.
- Hold delay update meetings with Service Supervisor and Workshop Teamleader to discuss any changes to orders.
- Liaise with the sales team on delivery and availability issues related to fulfilling customer orders.
- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
- Assist with product Identification (HS Codes)
- Complete all safety training, training plan and competency standards as set out in the position within company guidelines.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of NOV quality policies and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual and Workplace instructions.
- Assist with actions relating to operational NCR's.
- Assist with quality (ISO, API) and HSE audits relating to service operations.
- with NOV compliance & Shipping teams with IP service/repair/recertification orders.
