We are currently seeking a Senior Executive - Production, reporting directly to Production Head to join our Production team based in Dahej, India.

About the role:

• Will be custodian of manufacturing schedules and sequences.
• Coordination with projects, Q.C. design, welding & others internal related departments.
• Must be able to prepare fabrication sequence of the vessels and heat exchangers (learn heaters sequence).
• Prepare fixture plan and execute the same.
• Guide production and resolve issues to smoothen production activity.
• Prepare manufacturing schedule in MS Project and monitor the same.
• Review schedules and make recovery plans.
• Prepare shop load and monitor the same. Highlight load requirements in advance (example underload or overload)
• Identify constraints and highlight them.
• Day-to-day planning of processes which are to be carried out.
• Maintain safety rules & regulations; ensure good housekeeping to avoid accidents.
• Take initiative in standardization of processes and procedures.
• Review and develop productivity norms.
• To achieve the target, work is assigned by seniors, management.

About you:

• Diploma 07 to 10 years Experience.
• Having good knowledge of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers ,Heaters items, Well versed with planning requirement.
