The Senior Strategic Planning Manager role will support revenue generation and profitable growth for Building Automation Pacific. Your role will leverage data analytics to identify and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and channel expansion. You will require a deep understanding of key business metrics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Skills / Knowledge
• University accounting degree, major in commerce or accounting
• CA / CPA / CIMA qualified or working towards one of these qualifications is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in building automation environment an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
• SAP, Power BI experience is beneficial and prior Salesforce system knowledge/exposure an advantage
• Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and stakeholders within tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
We Value
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (tableau, power BI) to extract insights from large datasets and make data driven recommendations
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce to gather requirements, evaluate needs and support projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools especially excel to create pivot tables, charts, reporting, and complex calculations.
• Ability to be clearly document and present data and findings very well, clear, and concise.
• Critical thinking to analyse, translate, gather, prioritise requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be able to facilitate groups to agreed outcomes.
• Positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
• Ability to travel as needed

The Senior Strategic Planning Manager role will support revenue generation and profitable growth for Building Automation Pacific. Your role will leverage data analytics to identify and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and channel expansion. You will require a deep understanding of key business metrics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behaviour, market trends, competitor positioning and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Stay informed of the industry trends, understand how each competitor perceives the market, and recognize how these competitors might affect the BA business.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligning marketing strategy and business goals
- Identify potential customer segments, vertical markets, and new revenue streams to drive growth.
- Conduct analytics and forecast modelling to provide key commercial insights for decision-making on new product initiatives (NPIs) and ad hoc projects.
- Lead the TAM/SAM/SOM assessment of key verticals and NPI opportunities.
- Analyse customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Support the implementation of targeted customer engagement campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavioural data.
- Collaborate with sales and pricing on price to win analysis to support new logo growth based on customer lifetime value
