Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Manpower Planner or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
