The Senior Manufacturing Staff Manager will lead and optimize manufacturing processes. The role will own and influence budgets, operating plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. The role has the potential to make a significant impact on a small business unit or functional family.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 - 20 professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Attract, retain, and develop talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Define, develop, oversee, and continuously improve production processes, including tooling and equipment, to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Validate design specifications and ensure seamless shop floor application of new products, tools, and equipment.
- Influence policy to ensure on time delivery while aligning with broader organizational goals.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommend best practices, and lead creative solutions for complex manufacturing processes involving technical variety and interdependent production cycles.
- Work closely with adjacent functions to address issues, evaluate data quality, and make informed decisions using multiple internal and external resources.
- Present technical and business solutions to leadership, communicate complex messages effectively, and negotiate internally and externally to drive alignment and action.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience within an electronics manufacturing environment)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly leading people within a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience directly leading people within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manufacturing software tools.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change.
