In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with production supervisor and manager, ensures an in-time, cost effective and efficient production process in the required quality and quantity in compliance with all legal requirements (environment, health and safety) and internal production policies.
• Participate in the development of short and long-term goals for the organization.
• To guide and train the subordinates especially for safety. quality - assembly skill and Lean manufacturing training
• Work with ME team to analyze and tackle the root cause in manufacturing process so that we could control and reduce scrap cost.
• Manage material flow in between production steps to ensure material safety, process efficiency, identification and traceability in collaboration with Quality control and warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Closely work with production supervisor and manager, advises and co-ordinates all functions of production operations in assembly workshop. To achieve the company's goal.
• Associate's degree in manufacturing is a plus. 5 or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good English skill is a plus. Experience/Practive with Lean & 6 Sigma. Strong communication and leadership skill.
