NOV SPS Brazil is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Master Production Planner. Flexible, dynamic, and open to innovation, committed to delivering high-quality products with focus on efficiency.

As a Master Production Planner, you will be responsible for overlooking and optimizing our production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Main responsibilities:

• Standardize the planning process AÇU and KAL (Denmark) operations while supporting GLR (UK) planning.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate and streamline production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
• Work with the production team to address any challenges or disruptions to the production schedule and propose effective solutions.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
• Guidance for the detailed planners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Relations, International trade or related areas
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in production planning or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in flexible pipes manufacturing process.
• Desirable experience in production planning software (APS -Advanced Planning and Scheduling tools as Opcenter, Robex-scheduler, CyberPlan, Factory Planner, PlanetTogether or related).
• Desirable experience in Excel, Primavera, MS Project and Oracle EBS.
• Desirable MBA in project management, process and etc.
