We are looking for an Onshore Mechanical Technician to join our growing team within our Mechanical Solutions division.

What you'll be doing:

There is so much to be involved with as an Onshore Mechanical Technician - spend your days working hands on in a role that keeps you engaged, challenged and continually learning, as part of a team that values innovation and where every voice is heard.

Day to day activities include:

• Servicing, testing and repairing a variety of subsea cutting, dredging, and cleaning equipment
• Reconditioning of offshore equipment to restore performance and reliability after exposure to harsh subsea conditions
• Creatively modifying and adapting tools to deliver tailored solutions that perfectly meet customer needs
• Collaborating closely with engineers to help bring to life equipment that meets real operational needs
• Providing versatile workshop support - including yard operations, forklift duties, fabrication, welding, machining, and electrical tasks, keeping things running smoothly

What you'll bring:

We're looking for more than just technical know-how, our ideal candidate is passionate about learning and eager to grow with our expanding portfolio, while being driven to be the best they can be.

Important attributes include:

• HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Knowledge and understanding of subsea operations in IRM and decommissioning
• Practical experience with Mechanical tools, ideally in relation to subsea cutting, dredging, and cleaning operations with abrasive experience
• Willingness to work outside all year round

Additionally, B1 and B2 forklift tickets are beneficial as well as overhead crane experience.
