ProductionIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
AS A PRODUCTION PLANNING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:
• Report directly to the Production Planning Manager in FIO/ACT with a dotted line to Customer Order Fulfillment Manager in SZEK/ACT.
• Support both the Italian (in 70%) and the Hungarian Production Planning Team (in 30%) with weekly, monthly routine planning activities, reporting and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, taking into account lead times, resource availability, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as necessary to address issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives and to optimize production efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle for planning activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline planning processes
• Monitor, and maintain key performance indicators, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Continually develop and improve models, systems and processes to meet business needs and requirements

For This Role, You Will Need:
• 3+ years in production planning or a related field
• Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Suites, and working knowledge of ERP process is a requirement
• Strong analytical skills, and capable of providing meaningful and actionable information utilizing several different types of data
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to communicate results both verbally and in writing
• Fluent, spoken and written, in English
• Flexible to travel to Italy, especially in the initial phase for training and ongoing collaboration (2-3 times per year).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Valve/Actuator experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices is a plus
