As a Senior Project and Resource Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing planning strategies that support critical business objectives. You will bring your expertise in scheduling, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution and enhanced visibility across teams.

Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, manage timelines, and drive continuous improvement. Your contributions will be essential in enabling data-driven decisions, improving forecast accuracy, and securing resource alignment across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6, covering Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication phases.
  • Lead the tracking of critical paths and milestones, supporting project meetings with insights and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide key planning deliverables, including detailed schedules and S-curves, for client progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize workload, supporting multi-project environments and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate weekly planning meetings to monitor the project portfolio, anticipate constraints, and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Support Sales and Engineering teams with scenario planning, resource forecasting, and schedule simulations for proposals and live projects.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 project planning system
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid background in project planning, including scheduling and coordination
  • Good overall planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (considered a plus)
  • Leadership potential and the ability to guide or support other team members when needed
