This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Leading overseas mechanical design team to accomplish the overseas project mechanical design job, collaborating with related function team, such as simulation team, PLC team, and robot team.

Work model: onsite

• Leading and developing the overseas project mechanical design team.
• Work as team leader to carry out the design job of overseas project.
• Design working hour estimation of overseas project and work in budget.
• Control design working hours and output quality and Arrange suitable design resource in different project.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Above 8 years experiences as mechanical engineer in automotive BiW domain.
• At least 3 overseas projects design experience.
• Background of BIW welding fixture design, Hemming die design, or automotive product design and development;
• Knowledge in EN, DIN, NAAMS, Renault, Volvo, VW, other car maker design standards;
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with high team spirit and commitment to excellence;
• Contribution to the results of others.
