Position Overview:

As a Generator Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable backup power solutions. You'll coordinate installations from start to finish, troubleshoot technical challenges, and mentor junior installers to uphold our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Install and wire residential standby generators and automatic transfer switches
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve them on-site
• Collaborate with plumbing contractors and permitting teams
• Provide guidance and training to junior installation crew members

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (required)
• Previous experience installing generators is highly preferred
• Generac and/or Kohler certifications are a strong plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
