This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Production Planning and Execution
-Develop production plans based on company goals to ensure timely delivery of orders;
-Reasonably allocate personnel, equipment, and material resources to optimize production efficiency;
-Monitor production progress and promptly resolve production anomalies (such as equipment failures, material shortages, etc.). - Quality control
-Supervise the production process to ensure that products comply with drawings, process requirements, and quality standards;
-Promote the analysis of defective products and improvement measures to reduce the scrap rate;
-Cooperate with the quality department to complete quality system audits (such as ISO9001). - Equipment and Security Management
-Supervise the daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment to ensure its normal operation;
-Implement the safety production system, organize safety training, and eliminate safety accidents;
-Promote 5S management and maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment. - Team management
-Responsible for recruiting, training, assessing, and motivating personnel for the production team;
-Cultivate technical backbone and enhance team skill level;
-Create a positive team atmosphere and enhance employee cohesion.
Qualifications for the role
- Education and experience
-College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics integration, industrial engineering or related fields;
-Over 5 years of experience in the machining industry and over 2 years of production management experience;
-Familiar with machining processes and equipment operations such as milling, grinding, CNC, etc. - Skill requirements
-Proficient in production planning and scheduling, process optimization, and on-site management methods;
-Proficient in using drawing software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks, familiar with ERP/MES system operation;
-Ability to apply basic quality tools such as SPC and FMEA. - Core competencies
-Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills;
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments;
-Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments
