Weatherford is seeking an experienced Centralized Demand Planner based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for our supply chain operations. This role focuses on ensuring timely material availability to meet scheduled demand while maintaining operational efficiency and cost optimization. The role reports to the Deman Planning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material availability to meet scheduled production demand.
• Action all DRP messages (Order, Expedite, Defer, Cancel) with focus on customer satisfaction and service quality excellence.
• Track and monitor supply status to meet production schedules.
• Maintain visibility of min/max spare part requirements and manage budgetary requirements to meet financial goals.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and manage budgetary requirements to meet financial goals.
• Ensure timely creation and conversion of OQs & Supply Demand Alignment.
• Provide weekly updates to the relevant stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service delivery
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supply chain/logistics qualification or certification
