Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Operators with inspection unit operations and procedures.
- Perform and assist with inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of used tubulars.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Assist with thread inspection and magnetic particle inspection.
- Clean and repair pipe threads; remove and apply thread compounds.
- Remove and replace pipe couplings.
- Set up, calibrate, maintain, and tear down equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain shop cleanliness.
- Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
- Follow all corporate and site-specific health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in inspection or mechanical work preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard procedures.
