The work model is 100% onsite.
You will manager a team of approximately 120 people, including 5 supervisors.
Specifically, and in a teamwork and collaborative approach, and without restriction to the various tasks that may be added to achieve organizational objectives and those of the operations department, the employee will have to perform the following tasks:

Specifically, and in a teamwork and collaborative approach, and without restriction to the various tasks that may be added to achieve organizational objectives and those of the operations department, the employee will have to perform the following tasks:
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely fulfillment of orders in line with quality and cost expectations.
- Manage and optimize the use of plant equipment and human resources to maintain high productivity levels
- Collaborate with planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepares annual production budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.
- Develops program, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing capital through Operations
- Develops and executes plants to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.
- Ensures training programs and methods are implemented in the organization.
- Oversees the creation of manufacturing subcontracts and manage the subcontractor jointly with other involved disciplines, including Supply Chain Management (e.g. subcontract employees are provided guidance on health and safety equipment and work practice, and issued permits to work)
- Provides support to the Sales team, as required, during customer visits to explain the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.
