Development and Production Engine Manufacturing Planning ownership within the Evendale Development Assembly shop- Create & modify assembly and disassembly work instructions for varying work scopes, to help the shop deliver engines on time to Engine Test Operations and external customers (Boeing, Airbus, Baker Hughes, engineering tests, etc.) - Troubleshoot and resolve engine assembly process issues - Learn familiarity of LEAP/GE9X/P20/M&I engine assembly - Assess operational and technical processes and implement process improvements within planning to aid the shops continuous improvement efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role the qualified candidate will be part of the "Planning Team" within the Development Assembly Shop. They will have the responsibility of creating and modify assembly/disassembly work instructions for LEAP/GE9X/P20/M&I/NPI engine programs. The planning team is a keystone part of the development assembly shop, as work instructions are required to perform any type of work on engines/sub-assemblies within the shop. Candidate will coordinate to various degrees with the assembly engineering team, manufacturing programs, instrumentation engineering, and systems engineering to ensure accurate and complete translation of required engineering work scopes to technical work instructions used by assembly mechanics on the shop floor, and and ensure compliance to configuration control and drawing requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years' experiences in manufacturing engineering
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience executing technical writing in an engineering environment
- Experience doing engineering drawings
- Able to use tech drawing/writing to execute work instructions
