Your Role and Responsibilities

Our process engineering team focuses on improving workflows through automation and digitalization.

- Work model: onsite

• Supporting the Process Engineering department in the development of the switchgear production unit
• Optimizing production and non-production processes in line with Lean Six Sigma principles
• Collaborating on automation projects
• Designing layouts for production workplaces, lines, warehouses, and similar areas
• Contributing to improvements in production supply methods
• Designing assembly and handling fixtures
• Leading smaller projects independently (with the possibility to use them for Bachelor's or Master's theses)
• Working with reports, models, schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and other documentation
• Creating process instructions

Qualifications for the Role

• A university student in at least the 2nd year of studies (technical field is not a requirement)
• A creative and proactive approach to work
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• English level B1 or higher

An advantage would be

• Practical experience with AI and machine learning
• Ability to work with DWG and CAD
• Availability to work on average at least 15 hours per week
