This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure efficient utilization of working time and materials in the production process to achieve cost-effective outcomes that align with the production plan, technical specifications, quality standards, and planning targets. Each day, you will coordinate and manage plant equipment, oversee personnel and production processes, and ensure compliance with targets related to quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and productivity levels.

This role contributes to the Motion Business Area in Estonia. Main stakeholders include production & process development, HSE, quality, planning and fulfillment teams, and the FIABB plant organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
• Organizing and allocating resources to meet production targets, leading capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Identifying deficiencies in production areas and overseeing improvement actions to enhance performance, OEE, and 6S.
• Assessing risks and safety hazards, and implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in production and operations management, and engaged in driving operational excellence within the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in leading production teams, optimizing resources, and meeting volume, quality, and delivery targets; you have 3+ years of experience in production or operations management.
• Highly adept in using production planning tools, OEE systems, and quality management platforms to enhance performance and productivity.
• You are passionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, and innovative around team development and process optimization.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, with proven experience in implementing operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, 6S, Kaizen).
• You are at ease communicating in Estonian, English and Russian
• You hold current licenses or certifications relevant to production and safety standards, valid in Estonia, and possess the necessary work permits where required.
