If you are looking for an opportunity to develop, Emerson has an opportunity for you! We are looking for a Quality Inspector. In this position you will be responsible for Incoming material, process and finished product inspection.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Incoming material inspection:
- Complete the inspection, preliminary judgment, marking and recording of parts according to the inspection standards.
- Report the quality problems found in the incoming material inspection to the supervisor and relevant departments in a timely manner, and supervise and confirm the treatment plan.
Process/finished product inspection:
- Complete the inspection, judgment, marking and recording of products according to the inspection standards.
- Report the quality problems that occur during the production process inspection and the inspection of the shipped finished products to the supervisor and relevant departments in a timely manner, and supervise and confirm the treatment plan.
- Collect the inspection data of the production work order, check that the records are correct and complete, and complete the required product data according to the requirements of the order/work order.
Other work:
- Agree with the supervisor to investigate defects, improve suppliers, formulate and update testing standards and methods;
- Be familiar with the quality, environment, safety and occupational health influencing factors and control methods of this position; ensure that all processes and operations meet the requirements of the quality, environment, safety and occupational health management system ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001;
- "5S" maintenance in the workplace;
- Other work that can be arranged reasonably.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical secondary school or high school education or equivalent experience or above, major in mechanics, more than 3 years of quality inspection experience in production enterprises;
- Strong drawing recognition ability, proficient in using various common testing instruments, and simple English related to work;
- High sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, and complete product inspection work on time and in quality;
- Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred;
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 80079, OHSAS18001& ATEX related certification requirements;
- Familiar with enterprise safety management requirements are preferred, and those who have used Oracle and SAP systems are preferred.

- Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred;
