Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wireline Operator IV to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to clients in the oil and gas exploration industry. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations for clients' drilling projects, assemble tool strings, maintain equipment, and perform repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the oil and gas exploration industry
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations for clients' drilling projects
• Assist with preparing equipment, rigging up/down, and supporting crews during wireline operations
• Assemble tool strings, maintain equipment, and perform repairs as needed
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as required
• Train and mentor junior wireline operator personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Strictly follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
• Carry out all work assignments with the highest level of quality
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of wireline operations
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions

Skills:

• Expertise in cased hole, open hole, shuttle, and PCE wireline operations
• Ability to prepare for jobs, rig up/down equipment, and assist crews
• Proficient in assembling tool strings, equipment maintenance, and repairs
• Capable of driving company vehicles to job sites
• Training and mentoring skills for junior wireline operators
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Strict adherence to safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
• Dedication to delivering high-quality work
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in wireline operations, with expertise in cased hole, open hole, shuttle, and PCE operations
• Ability to prepare for jobs, rig up/down equipment, and assist crews with minimal supervision
• Proficient in assembling tool strings, equipment maintenance, and repairs
• Willing to drive company vehicles to job locations
• Capable of training and mentoring junior wireline operators
• Committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Strict adherence to all safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
• Dedicated to delivering work of the highest quality
• Flexible and able to perform other duties as assigned within physical constraints
