JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:The hardband lead will be responsible for operating a hardbander as well as helping train the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mobile compliance to NOV policies and procedures such as, but not limited to HSE and HR along with any customer requirements.
• Responsible for quality and training.
• Being able to do general maintenance on the equipment.
• Complete understanding of the hardbanding program.
• Complete the proper paperwork for each job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience with hardbanding is required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to become NOV DOT certified.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be self motivated.
