This position reports to the Vice President of Integrated Production Excellence and will be responsible for developing and managing an Operational Readiness schedule to transition the facility from the EPC phase to operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Chartered Engineer (CEng) License preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer in LNG liquefaction or related sectors, with expertise in feed gas pre-treatment, NGL/Condensate management, and storage/loading processes. Experience in petrochemicals, NGL, cryogenic gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing is also beneficial.
- Proficiency in specialized software such as PI, ProcessBook, Sigmafine, HYSYS, Pro-Treat, and HTRI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact across all organizational levels and with external entities, including governmental agencies.
- Must hold and maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Feed Gas Allocation and LNG/NGL production, storage, and shipping.
- Strong understanding of fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and hydrocarbon process chemistry as they apply to operational processes. Familiarity with the hazards of hydrocarbon processes and safety measures.
- Review and validate forecasting and scheduling tools to advise Production Management on potential production limitations or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with the outage planning team as a technical resource.
- Oversee and validate tools for monitoring and ordering catalysts and chemicals required for facility operations. Maintain energy balance models.
- Develop tools to quantify facility emissions for environmental and compliance reporting.
- Review and validate daily production reports, including Inlet Feed Gas measurement, Power Consumption, LNG/NGL production, emissions, waste, and efficiency monitoring.
- Maintain loss accounting summaries to identify and categorize production losses.
- Analyze production performance summaries, focusing on capacity utilization, operating reliability, unit efficiency, production losses, and energy use.
- Utilize and support the technical Management of Change process for facility changes.
- Participate in audits by regulatory agencies.
- Assist in the development of procedures and training for capital projects, temporary operations, and compliance-related tasks.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams to ensure Operations & Maintenance interests are addressed in major projects.
