ProductionResponsibilities:
Support the roll-out and daily use of DaWinci software for POB management.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Personnel Plan to align with operational and maintenance activities.
Support the Maintenance Plan and the 90-Day Production Plan.
Manage the Travel Request Process.
Liaison between contractor representatives as it relates to contract interpretation and personnel management.
Maintaining the Leave of Absence requests and coordinating suitable replacements.
Conduct weekly Workscope Prioritization Review meeting to align and mitigate clashes.
Work collaboratively with Logistics Department to identify and manage change as it relates to offshore travel.
Ensure all personnel adhere to the training and regulatory requirements for offshore travel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of commerce degree or related post secondary education in related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil and Gas Industry or related field
Familiar with industry specific regulations and standards, ie C-NLOPB, Transport Canada
Experienced in Contract Management
Familiar with Offshore Travel Guidelines both local and international
Strong experience with Microsoft Office
DaWinci software experience considered an asset
