Airswift is seeking a Production Tech to work on a 7/7 rotation schedule in Mentone, TX for a 12-month assignment (subject to extension).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:

The Production Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment. They will troubleshoot issues, diagnose equipment failures, and perform necessary repairs. Additionally, they will collaborate with other production staff to ensure quality and quantity goals are met. This role demands both technical expertise and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures.
• Perform repairs as needed to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet quality and quantity targets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in engineering or a related field required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

WORK SCHEDULE:

7/7 rotating schedule:

• 12-hour shifts from Thursday through Tuesday during the rotation.
• 6-hour shifts on Wednesdays at both the beginning and end of each rotation.
• The workweek runs from Sunday to Saturday.
