JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Define in liaison with the PM the fabrication scope of work, deliverables and requirements, based on Contract scope of work, relevant Company specifications and other governing documents.
• Familiarize with specifications / procedures and routines.
• Participate in development of the overall project schedule and ensuring adherence to proposed plan
• Issue weekly and monthly progess reports for Completion as required by the PM and Site Manager
• Perform regular inspections of Equipment and follow up the progress
• Be fully responsible for all MC/Commissioning/Preservation aspects of the dedicated tasks and have complete understanding of the specified scope of work and technical requirements in the contract.
• Clarify any technical uncertainties with the client.
• Developing an appropriate pre-commissioning/commissioning strategy
• Developing an appropriate commissioning manual
• Manage the team and appointed subcontractor
• Identifying resources for handling the assigned tasks
• Manage relationship with the client in relevant areas
• Secure input from the client's operations teams
• Secure progress reporting
• Maintain completions interface as appropriate to commissioning
• Participate in the multi-discipline reviews required in the safety reviews including HAZID, HAZOP etc.
• Report and notify management for fault and deviations
• Monitor and verify the quality of contractor's Mechanical Completion activities
• Raise punch for deviations and non-conformances and ensure their closure
• Arranging or participating to meetings as required
• Participate as required in project closing activities.
• Participate in the evaluation of working methods and conditions thereby minimize the risk for workplace and environmental incidents and thereby minimize the risk for quality issues

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, or electrical/instrumentation from reputable university

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Completion Management System for Oil & Gas for Offshore.

• Familiar with PIMS will be advantage
