Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure local unit has the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer. Main Accountabilities Lead IQC team for material incoming quality control: to establish and maintain related procedures of incoming inspection, ensure the effective implementation of incoming inspection plan, to dispose the nonconforming goods, work on the statistics of incoming FPY, drive the continuous improvement of supplier quality. Lead FQC team for final quality control: to establish and maintain related procedures of final inspection, ensure the effective implementation of final inspection plan, adopt measures to meet project on time delivery requirement base on quality guaranteed, work on the statistics of product FPY, drive quality enhancing from all aspects of whole process chain. Be responsible for internal and external quality improvement in PC by applying Lean Sigma analysis tool and regularly report to the management on internal operation quality improvement, supplier quality improvement, investigation result and actions taken on site service feedback and customer complaints. Participates in major customer complaints and the site accident handling, to solve the problem for customer at the first time, and track root cause analysis and actions, lead improvement on top 5 quality issues. Be responsible for all daily activities of QC department in line with company occupational health and safety demands, especially to ensure the safety of electrical inspection work.

Qualifications for the role
- Good management skills in leadership, guidance, motivation, empowerment, planning, collaboration, interpersonal relationship and analysis.
- Qualification of quality auditor and skills.
- Proficient in the use of statistical tool to guide quality improvement.
- Good English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Can adapt to work in intercultural environment
- Independent and active working attitude and willing to take challenge.
- Working under pressure and good learning ability.
