Key Responsibilities:
- Handle key materials and supplies efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of gas turbine engines, components, and hardware to ensure serviceability.
- Report and document discrepancies using service manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of turbine assembly, disassembly, and repairs in line with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve in-process problems, malfunctions, or component failures.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, hand and power tools, shop equipment, and machinery.
- Adhere to safety requirements and compliance policies.
- Keep a clean and orderly workspace to promote safety.
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AeroDerivative Gas Turbine or Aircraft Engine Services (or A&P license).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting service repair manuals and technical publications.
- Experience with various hand tools, including torque wrenches, transducers, multipliers, dial indicators, micrometers, scales, and other precision instruments.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
