Activities
As a Senior CCR Operator, you will play a pivotal role in managing facility operations, including start-ups, shutdowns, optimizations, and monitoring, all within the defined design envelopes and production plans. This position offers continuous learning and development opportunities, ensuring high-quality handover and logbook management. You will leverage your expertise to oversee and log all activities on the installation, such as People on board, site location, type of work, hour, and Permit to work.
Your responsibilities will include applying necessary inhibitions and contributing to the site's safety performance. You will ensure that the CCR Operator is well-trained and exposed to various control room tasks, while maintaining effective communication with field staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating potential impacts on daily forecasted production to DOCC (DUC Onshore Control Center).

Your background
• Technical background with addition of specific Oil & Gas training
• Minimum 5 years as CCR Operator
• A good leadership and management experience, with the ability to organize, lead and motivate a large team (both staff and contractors) from different cultures and different levels of education
• A successful OPERCAP assessment or equivalent
• Analytical and detail focused mindset
• A clear ability to manage Emergency situations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• A clear focus on HSSE
• Fluency in English.
