Risk ManagementNes Fircroft are looking for an experienced Risks and Opportunities Lead for a major Oil and Gas client from FEED phase to Project close out.
Package:
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: London or Paris
Hours: 40-50 hours per week
Rotation: 5 days on, 2 days off
Contract length: 12 months renewable
Key responsibilities:
The service holder is in charge to identify and monitor the risks and opportunities within the FEED packages and scope of work and will support the execution of the Project including:
Skills:
The service holder must possess strong experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
Qualifications:
- Qualification: Lead discipline
- Languages: English / French advantageous
- Professional Experience: More than 15 years
- Experience within project: More than 15 years
- Must have right to work in the UK or EU

Key responsibilities:
The service holder is in charge to identify and monitor the risks and opportunities within the FEED packages and scope of work and will support the execution of the Project including:
- The safe and efficient execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety
Skills:
The service holder must possess strong experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Experience with developing risk registers, baselines and associated analyses (sensitivity, risk, float, critical path)
- Knowledge of risk and opportunity tools – including resource loading, Primavera – earlier versions, MS-Project, SQLdatabases, MS-Office project suite, TILOS, Risk Radar
- Has sufficient experience to be able to provide meaningful input into developing risk mitigation strategies (must have practical operations knowledge to make substantial impact).
- Experience setting and analysing KPIs
- Experience with change management and implementation within a production environment.
- Dynamic engagement skills, ability to clearly articulate information, excellent communications ability
- Able to work in large, collaborative teams with multiple site and partners
