As a Senior SalesRepresentative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives for our IndustrialAutomation (IA) business unit in Germany. Your responsibilities will includedeveloping and implementing aftermarket sales strategies, building strongcustomer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management.Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directlyimpact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall businessgrowth and market leadership. You willreport to the Aftermarket Sales Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meetor exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
