The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Ensuring implementation of Business Development & Sales strategies and targets, developing long term relationships with clients.
- Ensures the achievement of sales & marketing objectives within your scope by managing a portfolio of clients, identifying sales targets, determining the clients needs and priorities.
- Ensures the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle.
- Works closely with the Operations heads to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement
- Ensures a sound knowledge of the market, clients and technologies so as to maximize the commercial impact and the added value for the client
- Represents and defends Technip Energies interests and image in external events, promoting its technology and digital offering
- Ensures compliance of partners with Group principles.
Starting Date: Immediately
About you:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering, or a related technical field).
- 15 to 20 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within the energy or related industries.
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic account development.
- Strong knowledge of market trends in the energy sector, particularly in sustainable and digital solutions.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with technical and commercial aspects of project development.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and risks effectively.
- Residing in or having prior work experience in Sarawak will be an added advantage.
