1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or similar disciplines
2. Has the experiences in O&G operations especially in Surface Well Testing, DST, and Subsea operations.
3. Good communication and leadership skills including good English.
4. Have the experience in managing cost and budget/monthly P&L forecast to deliver financials.
5. Has attention to details and assurance/verification by owning the HSE-SQ-Cost management process while it is delegated to team,
6. Committed to act and close wellsite issues in advance, MWT findings, audit findings and able to drive HSE-SQ event close out.
