PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary point-of-contact for client.
- Assist in strategy development.
- Proactively find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts.
- Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Monitor agency/client budgets and billing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Improve customer perception with emphasis and focus on customer service.
- Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 5 years' experience with hydraulic power tongs used for service rig operations required
